Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• For Nurses or Nursing graduates, no need for caregiver certificate.
• For Non-Nursing graduates, at least 2 years in College or obtained 72 units in college and a caregiver certificate.
• Resume with colored picture
• 3pcs. 2x2 colored picture
• 2pcs. whole body picture
• Colored copy of passport (must be valid)
• TOR and Diploma in College
• Diploma in High School
• Caregiver Certificate
• Work Certificate
• Birth / Married Certificate
• NBI (must be valid)
